Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised that Platinum Massage has a 24 hour notice requirement to cancel any single treatment.

48 hours is required for an spa package.

First time offence maybe forgiven, or a $15 fee will be charged.

Continued offence will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.

If no notice is given, the FULL cost of the treatment will be charged for the missed appointment.

Please understand that our time is valuable to our clients.

If you cannot attend your booked appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
